James Plastering & Rendering
James Plastering & Rendering covers all aspects of plastering and rendering, inside and out. We're based in Bridgwater and work across Somerset and Dorset for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial clients.
Rendering
Outside, we take back tired, cracked or blown render, put on a sound scratch coat and finish in through-coloured silicone render, spray cork or traditional sand and cement. On older solid stone and brick walls, breathable lime render is often the better choice. We keep the detailing neat at beads, windows and wherever render meets stone or brick.
Plastering
Inside, we re-skim and replaster rooms, plaster ceilings, and board and skim extensions and stud partitions, leaving the place tidy and ready to decorate.
Where we work
Bridgwater is home, so plenty of our work is in the town and the villages around it, like a new extension we plastered in Westonzoyland. We also work across the rest of Somerset, including Taunton, where we've plastered a flats renovation, and Yeovil, where we've worked on a block of flats, and over the county line into Dorset.
